Demo Reel Storyboard:

At the beginning of the semester, I came up with an idea for an animation I could use for my demo reel. It had a little kid and followed him throughout the 4 seasons of the year doing things that would be typical of that season. Going from one season to the next, I thought of cool transitions that would shoot him towards the next scene. I imagined it having a pastel colour palette and the animation having a watercolour feel to it.
Beach Bumm - Storyboard Pro:
I wasn't able to finish the entire storyboard or add the camera movements that I wanted to. We did the story, 3D camera movements and the sound together for chantelle's storyboard, which we later presented to the class.
Illustrator Colour Palette:
I sent my colour palette to Abby's computer and she was able to import it. I got her colour palette, which is mainly pink's and purple's.
My colour palette was taken from Gravity Fall.

After we had worked together as a group on the story, I started creating a storyboard. Matthew and I worked together on the digital storyboard. I helped him figure out the timing for the animation, which was probably the most difficult part because we only had 30 seconds to tell the story. We ended up cutting out a majority of the scenes on Saturday Morning.
Matthew and I split the animation. He did the first half (before the storm), and I did the second half. We wanted the style of all of it to look as consistent as possible. The colouring for the first video was done by Romar, and the second video I did myself. Overall, it was a stressful but fun learning experience.
"Spirit" Pitch:
We were prepared for our presentation and knew exactly who was going to say what. Overall, it went fairly smooth, although at some moments you could tell how nervous i was.

Originally we were going to present off of google slides, but then we decided to use Chantelle's iPad so we had more control over the presentation. It was also easier to hold while presenting.
The Bible for Spirit:

We started working on the Bible for Spirit, but we still have a lot of work to do on it. We want to make two versions: A digital one with gifs of the characters and a physical one that feels rough and worn out.
